VWA New Westminster - Aikido

VWA New Westminster – Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial arts school located in New Westminster, British Columbia. Specializing in the art of Aikido, the school aims to promote personal development and harmony through the practice of this ancient martial art. Aikido, often referred to as the Art of Peace, focuses on using universal energy (KI) to neutralize an attacker's force, rather than relying on physical strength.
