Welcome to Vtmtl, a traditional martial arts school located in Montreal. Established in 2001, Vtmtl offers training in Ving Tsun, a style of martial arts known for its practical self-defence techniques and efficiency of movement.

With locations in Le Sud-Ouest and Laval, Vtmtl provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or an experienced practitioner seeking to refine your techniques, our instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your martial arts goals.

At Vtmtl, we offer private classes with our certified instructors, ensuring personalized attention and tailored instruction to suit your individual needs. Our instructors are fully bilingual, fluent in French, English, and Spanish, making it easy for students to communicate and learn effectively.

Our upcoming Spring 2022 session begins on April 2nd, and we welcome students aged 17 and above, with a minimum age requirement of 14 for those accompanied by an enrolled parent.
