If you prefer more personalised attention, we offer one-on-one personal training sessions. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, and can be either half an hour or one hour long. Plus, you can bring a friend to the one-hour sessions at no extra charge.
Our group PT sessions are capped at six participants to ensure individual attention and an effective workout. These sessions are available Monday to Thursday in the evenings, as well as Wednesday mornings. Appointments are essential for all our training sessions.
