In addition to boxing, we also offer circuit training, which is suitable for everyone. This class includes a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups and improve overall strength and endurance.

For those looking for a challenge, our bootcamp sessions are a great option. Held on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons, these intense workouts will push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals.

If you prefer more personalised attention, we offer one-on-one personal training sessions. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, and can be either half an hour or one hour long. Plus, you can bring a friend to the one-hour sessions at no extra charge.

Our group PT sessions are capped at six participants to ensure individual attention and an effective workout. These sessions are available Monday to Thursday in the evenings, as well as Wednesday mornings. Appointments are essential for all our training sessions.
