VIVA Gym offers flexible membership options to fit your needs. Join small group personal training sessions with just four participants, ensuring you get the personalised attention you deserve from expert coaches. These 50-minute workouts focus on functional strength training and cater to all fitness levels. Need a bit more energy? Try the T45 group conditioning workouts with up to 12 participants. These 45-minute sessions are perfect for full-body conditioning, cardio, and boosting endurance in a lively, community setting.

You'll also have access to an open gym equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Located within the ek Robotics Sports Campus at The Royal Latin School, the gym overlooks a new 3G football pitch and playing fields, providing a serene backdrop for your workouts. The facility includes a functional strength training area, Precor cardio equipment, resistance machines, and the Mind & Body Zone for T45 sessions and various classes.

VIVA Gym comes with convenient amenities like toilets, a shower room, air conditioning, private parking, and a welcoming community. Led by Mike, a former rugby player and triathlete with a degree in sport and exercise science, and Bobby, a PE teacher and nutrition coach with a degree from Loughborough University, VIVA is designed to help you succeed. They're both passionate about helping everyday people reach their fitness goals.
