Calling all yogis and meditation enthusiasts! Are you ready to take your practice to the next level and become a certified meditation teacher? Vitality, the Yoga club in Ratoath, Ireland, is excited to offer a three-month meditation teacher training program that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to guide others on their journey to inner peace.
During this immersive program, participants will explore the fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness, from its ancient roots to modern-day applications. With a blend of theory and practice, you'll learn various meditation techniques, including breathwork and guided meditations, and discover how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
Led by an experienced meditation teacher, the training sessions will be held both online and in-person at a studio in Portlaoise, Ireland, over 6 weekend days. This flexible format allows for easy access and accommodates busy schedules. Additionally, all sessions will be recorded for convenient viewing at your own pace.
