The focus at Vision Performance Training is on athletic training, with the belief that everyone deserves to run and move pain-free, walk and hike without getting tired, and play sports as if they were 10 years younger. The mission of Vision Performance Training is to turn everyday people into athletes. They achieve this through a variety of training programmes that target four key areas of athletic training: strength, endurance, skills, and recovery. Each class session is designed to expose participants to these areas, systematically building up their strength while improving endurance, balance, and technique. The gym's built-in recovery ensures that members are never over-training, always feeling fresh, rested, and ready to go.

In addition to their athletic training programmes, Vision Performance Training also offers infrared saunas for detoxification and recovery purposes. These brand new sauna facilities provide members with an additional way to enhance their overall fitness and well-being.

For those interested in joining Vision Performance Training, a range of membership options is available. Members can choose from unlimited weekly membership packages, 2x weekly packages with open gym access, or single class passes. There is also an option for a full-time student contract.
