Noelle Marie, our dedicated and passionate yoga teacher, has been practising yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2021. She brings her extensive knowledge and experience to every class. Noelle's Vinyasa style classes incorporate elements of Hatha and classical Kundalini yoga, as well as breathwork, mudras, and positive affirmations. She believes in the power of holistic healing and incorporates chakra balancing and healing into her flows.
With her background in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Classical Kundalini yoga, Noelle brings a well-rounded and diverse approach to her teaching. She recently completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, further expanding her expertise.
During Noelle's classes, you can expect to use props such as yoga blocks, straps, blankets, and cushions to help with alignment in different postures. Modifications and amplifications are provided to cater to each individual's unique body, ensuring that everyone can fully participate and benefit from the class.
One of the things that sets Noelle's classes apart is the welcoming and non-judgmental environment she creates. Students are encouraged to practice yoga at their own pace, embracing their bodies and abilities.
