With over two decades of yoga practise, Victoria's journey in yoga began in 1997 under the guidance of Ruth Lovell. Encouraged by Ruth, Victoria decided to explore the path of yoga further and obtained her teaching qualification from the Sivananda Organisation in 2002. Since then, she has had the privilege of practising with numerous renowned yoga teachers from different traditions, broadening her understanding and knowledge of yoga's diverse paths.
In April 2021, seeking a fresh challenge, Victoria completed the teacher training course offered by the Forrest Yoga Community. This unique opportunity allowed her to train directly with Ana Forrest, a renowned figure in the field, without the need for international travel. This experience further deepened Victoria's expertise and brought new dimensions to her yoga practise.
Victoria's dedication to holistic wellness extends beyond yoga, as she also holds a Diploma in Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle from Ayurveda Pura. Under the expert tutelage of Dr Deepa Apte, she gained comprehensive knowledge of Ayurveda, often referred to as Yoga's sister science. Victoria continues to expand her understanding of Ayurveda through ongoing trainings and enthusiastically applies this knowledge to her own life while sharing it with others through workshops and teacher trainings.
