Do you offer yoga classes for beginners?

All classes are mixed ability, and beginners are always welcome. You can choose options that suit you in that moment.

What types of classes are available?

You can choose from Fitness Yoga, Seniors Hatha Yoga, Hatha and Slow Flow Yoga, Seated Yoga, Zoom and small group classes, and an online library of pre-recorded classes. We also run Wokingham Community Yoga with different instructors each week.

Where can I attend classes?

Classes run at local venues including Winnersh Community Centre, The Space Hub in Woodley, Newbold School in Binfield, and Finchampstead Baptist Church. There are also Zoom and on-demand options, plus an online library you can use anytime.

Vicki Lewis, the driving force behind Vicki Lewis Yoga in Bracknell, is excited to share the variety of yoga classes available for the sports community. Vicki is a certified yoga instructor who is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of their yoga experience.

🎉 Here are some of the class options she has on offer:

🔹 **Fitness Yoga**: Mondays, 6:15-7:15pm at Winnersh Community Centre. Ideal for those who want to integrate yoga into their fitness routine.

🔹 **Hatha and Slow Flow Yoga**: Tuesdays, 8:15-9:30pm at Newbold School in Binfield. This class focuses on mindful movements and suits both beginners and seasoned yogis.

🔹 **Zoom and Small Group Classes**: Fridays, 12:00-1:15pm. These can be attended from home or with Vicki in her space, offering a personalised experience to fit individual needs.

🔹 **Online Library**: Access pre-recorded classes anytime, making it easier to practise yoga at your convenience.

🔹 **Wokingham Community Yoga**: Sundays, 9:30-10:30am at Floreat Montague Park School in Wokingham. Different instructors rotate each week, welcoming yogis of all levels.
