In addition to our regular classes, we also offer comprehensive teacher training programs for those looking to become certified yoga instructors. Our Yoga Alliance-approved 200-hour and 300-hour Hatha & Vinyasa teacher training programs provide the skills and knowledge needed to embark on a rewarding career in yoga instruction. We also offer continuing education courses in specialized areas such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga to further enhance your teaching capabilities.
For those interested in pursuing a career in massage therapy, we offer a 400-hour certified Swedish massage therapist training program. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a range of massage techniques, including Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Thai Massage, and Lomi Lomi, to ensure that our students graduate with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in the field. We also offer continuing education courses to help massage therapists further develop their skills and advance their careers.
