One of the highlights of the retreat is the individual instruction that participants receive. You'll have the chance to ask questions and receive personalised guidance from our experienced yoga teacher. In addition to the yoga sessions, participants will also enjoy a 30-minute massage, which is included in the retreat package. This will help you further unwind and release any tension or stress you may be carrying.
For those interested in attending on an individual basis, the cost is $399 for 7 hours of pure relaxation and self-care. This includes full package individual yoga tutoring, a 60-minute massage, and personal wellness coaching. If you're planning to bring a friend or a loved one, the cost for two people booking together is $799, which includes two 60-minute massages.
If you have a group of friends or colleagues who are interested in joining the retreat, we also offer group bookings for 3–6 people. The cost per person for group bookings is $250, and each person will receive a 30-minute massage or facial.
The retreat schedule runs from 10am to 5pm, giving you ample time to immerse yourself in the experience and truly reap the benefits of this wellness day.
Our retreat facilitator, Mary Jo, is an advanced yoga teacher with extensive experience in personal development, mindfulness techniques, massage therapy, and wellness. You'll be in good hands as she guides you through each session and shares her wealth of knowledge and expertise.
