This program is perfect for 16 driven athletes who are committed to seeing impressive long-term improvements in their performance. Things kick off with vertical jump testing using top-of-the-line force plate/vertec technology. The sessions will be held on Mondays starting from August 5th to August 19th. Strength training sessions are scheduled from 6:00-7:00pm, followed by on-court volleyball from 7:00-8:00pm.
