Owner and experienced Yoga teacher, Sunny Trim, has been specializing in Corporate Yoga for over 20 years. All of our teachers are carefully selected through a rigorous screening process to ensure that we only bring you the best instructors in Vancouver. They are all fully certified, insured, and highly trained professionals with additional training in fields related to Yoga or Pilates. This ensures that you receive a well-rounded and enriching practice every time you attend one of our classes.
We offer our classes to businesses and organizations in the Lower Mainland area, including Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and Surrey. We take pride in building a close-knit community with our clients and teachers, ensuring that every class is a personalized and rewarding experience. If a substitute teacher is ever needed, you may even see Sunny stepping in to ensure continuity and connection with the students.
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the high standards we set for our teachers, who have all completed a minimum of a 200-hour Teacher Training Course in their respective fields. We do not employ “Fitness” trainers or those with less than a 200-hour certification, so you can be assured that you are learning from dedicated and knowledgeable instructors.
