During the 12-week Recruit stage, Urban Outlaws Training Club, led by Sam Harris, will enrol participants in the exclusive training app and provide essential guidance on its effective use. Calorie targets to support fitness objectives will be established. Regular check-in calls are scheduled in Week 6 and Week 12 to evaluate progress and address any queries.
For those advancing further, Sam offers the 24-week Intermediate programme. This includes another 3D body scan for precise progress monitoring. Check-in calls at Week 12 and Week 24 will assess development and adjust calorie and macro goals.
For those aspiring to higher fitness levels, the Athlete programme is available. Enrolment grants access to specialised programming and training sessions with experienced coaches. This stage focuses on skill refinement and mastering advanced movement patterns.
In the Novice stage, beginners or those with some fitness background will master basics like body positions and terminology, while building endurance. The challenge of enduring workouts is shared among club members, showcasing the training’s effectiveness.
