Join Inspirit Health and Yoga, a local Yoga club in Bellbowrie, for an upcoming Iyengar Yoga practice. It's a place where you can experience joy, challenge, inspiration, understanding, connections, inquiry, and insight. What better way to start the New Year than by embracing these blessings and finding joy in your practice?
The classes and all other offerings will begin on 23rd January, but until then, we encourage you to take some time for yourself and enjoy a retreat, engage in Buddhist practice, or simply unwind in the beautiful Litchfield National Park at Florence Falls. It's an opportunity to rejuvenate and prepare yourself for the enriching Yoga experience that awaits you.
In Term 1 of 2024, we have a range of class times available for you to choose from. You can join us for face-to-face classes at Moggill Anglican Church, conveniently located at 3407 Moggill Rd, Moggill. For those seeking flexibility, we also offer live-streaming and online recorded classes. We want to make sure that you can join us no matter where you are.
Here is the class schedule for Term 1:
- Tuesday: Beginner 5.30-6.30pm and Established 6.45-8.15pm
- Thursday: Beginner/General 6.30-7.45pm
- Friday: Mature/Beginner/Remedial 8.30-9.30am
Please note that our Friday class has limited availability, with only six spots available. If you prefer online classes, we have options for you too. Join us on Monday for a General class from 8.30-9.45am, or on Friday for a Mature/Beginner/Remedial class from 8.30-9.30am. We offer both attended classes and recorded sessions, giving you the flexibility to practice at your convenience.

Additionally, as part of the Active Parks initiative by Brisbane City Council, we invite you to join us at Bellbowrie for free Yoga starting on Wednesday 7th Feb until 27th March. We will be at Booker Place Park on Wednesdays from 9.30-10.30am. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Yoga in the great outdoors. All are welcome, including mature individuals and those with children. We encourage everyone to come and join us for a blissful practice.
