Sarah's journey into yoga began when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2013. This life-altering event prompted her to reevaluate her lifestyle and make positive changes. Yoga and meditation played a crucial role in helping Sarah come to terms with her diagnosis and adopt a more nourishing and present lifestyle. Determined to share the benefits of yoga with others, she pursued further training and became a certified yoga instructor.
As a forever student, Sarah continually seeks to expand her knowledge and understanding of yoga. She has completed additional trainings in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Children's Yoga, Yoga for Perimenopause, and Chair Yoga, among other specialities. Each class she teaches reflects her dedication to continuous learning and personal growth.
