At United Training Grounds, we offer a variety of training programmes that are designed to challenge and push your limits. Our no-B. S approach combines high-intensity interval training, strength lifts, and odd object lifts to target your entire body. We create effective workouts that pack a punch and deliver results.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, our programmes can be tailored to suit your needs.
Our training sessions are structured to focus on different aspects of strength and conditioning. Each session is divided into primary and secondary strength movements, followed by a train/perform finisher. For example, on Mondays, we focus on upper body push, pull, and core exercises. Wednesdays are dedicated to lower body strength exercises such as squatting and hinging.
Fridays are all about deadlifts and full body workouts. Saturdays are team sessions, where we bring it all together and set team targets for our community to work together, build strength, and improve cardio endurance.
Our training programmes are divided into two categories: train and perform. Train sessions are focused on developing skills, cardio endurance, and improving technique and movement. Perform sessions push your cardio capacity and set training targets to help you move faster and improve your overall performance. We also offer team sessions that combine elements of both train and perform, allowing our community to work together and achieve their fitness goals.
