Charlotte has put together something pretty special for you all. Welcome to Union Yoga + Café, nestled right in the heart of Ramsgate. This place isn't just your average yoga studio—it's got a café too, making it a nice spot to unwind before or after your session.

The yoga studio at Union is spacious and bright, kitted out with all the gear you need—mats, straps, bolsters, blankets, you name it. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, the team of dedicated teachers has got a class that's right up your alley.

Charlotte wants everyone to feel at home here, and that vibe extends to the café as well. They've got a simple, vegetarian menu that changes with the seasons. Everything is made in-house using locally sourced ingredients. Breakfast, lunch, and a bunch of sweet treats are up for grabs, plus a good selection of teas and coffees.

Pricing is pretty flexible too. If you're new, there's an introductory offer—£20 for 10 days of unlimited yoga. If weekly classes don’t always fit your schedule, class passes might be a better shout. These last a whole year, and cost between £9 to £11 per class, depending on the pack you go for.

There are memberships as well. An Unlimited Monthly Membership is £75 and gives you access to all the yoga classes plus discounts on hot drinks in the café.

The teachers at Union all come from different backgrounds but share a common goal: helping folks experience the benefits of regular yoga practice for the body, mind, and soul. There’s a mix of class styles and levels on offer, so there’s something for everyone.
