Our SWEAT class adds a high-intensity twist to your Pilates practise, incorporating the use of the Reformer, Jumpboard apparatus, and bodyweight exercises to push your heart rate higher. For a quick and intense workout, our JUMP class combines Reformer Pilates with cardiovascular training.
