Ullswater Sailing School is a renowned Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Training Centre situated in the picturesque town of Penrith, New Zealand. Owned and operated by the award-winning Ullswater Yacht Club, the school offers a comprehensive range of courses and taster sessions from April to October. All our courses are taught by highly experienced RYA qualified instructors in a safe and stunning environment.

We take pride in our exceptional fleet of boats that can accommodate individuals of varying ages and experience levels. Our fleet includes Fusions, Toppers, Picos, Fevas, Bahias, and Laser Stratos. With such a diverse range of boats, you can be confident that we have the ideal vessel for your training needs. Our sailing programme operates from April to October, with training available on most weekdays and weekends.

Additionally, we also offer powerboat training as well as dinghy and paddleboard hire.

Ample free on-site parking is available for your convenience. During weekends, we offer full catering facilities and a licenced bar.
