Meet Ryan and April, the founders of UFIT Australia. They launched the gym at its current location in 2016, but UFIT Australia was created back in January 2003 in Brisbane before relocating to the Sunshine Coast Caloundra in 2007. Ryan and April's love for the local community and their goal of helping people develop a healthy lifestyle are what inspired them to start UFIT Australia. They are a busy family of five, juggling their family life with running the gym, leading outdoor training sessions at Currimundi lake, conducting dynamic cycling classes, and organising programmes, events, and destinations such as the Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea and Nepal.

Our group training sessions cater to individuals of all fitness levels. These sessions are goal-oriented and follow a progressive conditioning approach. We prioritise consistent improvement and align our training system with principles of healthy living, movement, and positive thinking. Our dedicated team only succeeds if you succeed.
Our personal trainers are here to assess your strengths and guide you through any weaknesses. They provide personalised guidance, regularly monitor your progress, and work closely with you to ensure you achieve results as fast as possible. With their expertise and support, you'll have the opportunity to reach your fitness goals efficiently.
For those who prefer the flexibility of training from home or while travelling, we offer online training. You'll receive one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals and pace. Our coaches will provide you with customised workout programmes through the True Coach online platform, offer additional tracking apps, and deliver virtual training sessions via Zoom. This comprehensive online training experience brings the gym to you, ensuring accountability and delivering results.
