Contemporary dance, and eventually discovered my passion for fitness and exercise. I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry to help others improve their health and wellbeing.
I am a professional certified master trainer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. Furthermore, I hold advanced qualifications in both Pre and Post Natal training, as well as a Diploma in Exercise and Nutritional interventions for Obesity and Diabetes. Besides, I am constantly updating my skills and knowledge to ensure that I provide the most up-to-date and effective training programmes for my clients.
