Our open level reformer Pilates class is perfect for beginners or those looking to build their Pilates experience. Our experienced instructors provide modifications and options, including the use of hand weights to increase strength.
For those looking for a more intense workout, we offer cardio-based reformer Pilates classes that get the heart rate up and provide a great cardiovascular challenge. We also have Stretch and Restore classes, which focus on reducing stress and bringing the heart rate down, allowing you to unwind and relax.

Our studio, located on Anderson Street in Pascoe Vale South, features 10 reformer beds catering to all levels from beginners to advanced. The studio is fully air-conditioned, ventilated, and boasts brand new carpeting, creating a comfortable and inviting space for your Pilates practise.
All of our Pilates instructors are fully qualified with Nationally Recognised Cert IV Reformer and Mat Pilates Instruction. They are knowledgeable and passionate about providing you with an intense, fun, and challenging workout every time. With over 50+ years of combined teaching experience, our instructors deliver modern classic Pilates, ensuring you receive the highest level of instruction.
When attending a class at Two Red Springs Pilates, we recommend bringing a water bottle, a sweat towel if needed, and your keys. Wear your usual gym clothes, as shoes are not required for the classes. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.
Our studio offers plenty of free parking at the front, as well as toilet facilities and a kitchen area for your convenience. To assist you in choosing the right class, we have provided class descriptions on our website. If you are new to reformer Pilates, we recommend arriving early to chat with your instructor and discuss the best class for you.
In terms of frequency, attending one class per week is better than none, but optimal results are often seen with 2–3 classes per week. If you have any further questions, our trainers are available in the studio to provide guidance and advice.
