Name is Briony Bobeth, and I am the founder and creator of Twine Yoga Studio in Adamstown and Tuncurry. It is truly a joy and privilege to be able to share the practise of yoga and meditation with others.
As a yoga student for over 16 years and having taught yoga asana for approximately 7 years, I have personally experienced the transformative power of yoga. It has allowed me to discover the essence of my being and reconnect with my authentic self. My genuine care and empathy for others inspire me to share my journey and support others in their own personal growth.
At Twine Yoga Studio, our intention is to provide a welcoming and safe space for everyone, regardless of their background or experience level. We believe that yoga is for everybody and strive to create an inclusive environment where all individuals can explore their minds, bodies, and spirits.
Our studio offers a variety of yoga classes and holistic workshops designed to enhance the lives of individuals and build a strong community here in Newcastle and Tuncurry. Our knowledgeable and highly trained teachers are here to guide and support you on your yoga journey, offering a diverse range of classes to suit different needs and preferences.
In our classes, we respect and honour the original studies, beliefs, and philosophies behind yoga and meditation practises. By combining breath work (pranayama) with physical poses (asana), we provide a holistic approach that promotes mental clarity, physical strength, and emotional well-being.
We also acknowledge and pay deep respect to the traditional custodians of the land on which our studio stands. We recognise the importance of the Indigenous culture and strive to walk together towards a better future.
For those who prefer to practise from the comfort of their own home, we offer an online yoga platform. For just $10. 00 per week, members gain access to over 32 yoga and meditation classes.
