
Tru'tone Pilates is a mat and reformer based Pilates studio located in Clyde North. Founder Divya has been teaching Pilates since 2013, both at home and in the corporate world. She is a certified Pilates instructor who is passionate about fitness.

1. Core Pilates: This class focuses on strengthening the deep stabilising muscles of the core. A strong core is essential for maintaining proper posture and supporting the body during various physical activities.
2. Recovery Pilates: This class emphasises stretching and improving mobility. With careful attention to breathing, form, and movement execution, Pilates strengthens weak or injured muscles and joints without neglecting the body as a whole.
- Introductory Offer: $12 for new clients.
- Casual Session: $20 per session.
- 5 Sessions Package: $90, valid for 7 weeks from the first class.
- 10 Sessions Package: $150, valid for 12 weeks from the first class.
There is a cancellation policy in place. Cancellations or rescheduling of group classes must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing the session. Tru'tone Pilates may also cancel a class at any time, and in such cases, clients will be credited for the cancelled class.

- 2:1 Session: $60 per session.
- 5 Sessions Package: $200, valid for 7 weeks from the first class.
Refunds or transfers are not permitted for any purchases. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. The introductory offers are valid for one time only for new clients and cannot be used for challenges, private classes, or workshops.
Tru'tone Pilates operates on specific class schedules, with sessions held at 9:00am, 10:00am, and 6:00pm. Core Pilates classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays, while Recovery Pilates classes are held on Wednesdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, both Core and Recovery Pilates classes are available. Sundays are reserved for Recovery Pilates sessions.
