With over 14 years of experience in the health and wellness sector, Tanya has completed over 875 hours of certified Yoga Teacher Training, including specialised courses in Pre-Post Natal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Psychology & Meditation, and intensive study in India.
The True North Yoga community is a constant source of inspiration for Tanya, and she is grateful to share her knowledge and expertise with her students. Kate's journey with yoga began in 2017 when she discovered the transformative power of the practise while working in Banff, Canada. Since then, Kate has immersed herself in various yoga styles, including yin yoga, vinyasa flow, and ashtanga yoga. This deep exploration led her to pursue her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Adelaide, as well as specialised training in Yin Yoga.
