Tropical Vinyasa Yoga Nice is led by the talented instructor, Cécilia, who has a passion for bringing movement, poetry, and breath together in a unique and transformative way. Drawing from a variety of influences, Cécilia's teaching style blends effort with creativity, slowness with release, and the beauty of the body with the dance of breath. She believes that yoga is for everyone and is dedicated to sharing this practice with love and passion in both the Côte d’Azur and Costa Rica.

Certified with RYT 500 Hours, Cécilia teaches both Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga in the scenic locations of Cannes, Nice, and Monaco. Additionally, she has recently launched her online yoga studio, providing a platform for students to access content, classes, and more on a weekly basis. Her online space is not just about teaching but also about building a community of exchange and sharing.

Having discovered yoga during her law studies, Cécilia found a way to combat stress and the pressure to excel through the practice of yoga. With a background in gymnastics and dance, the physical movements came naturally to her, while the mental aspects of meditation required dedication and patience. She continues to explore the depths of this practice with a thoughtful and gentle approach.
