The Tri City Vipers program focuses on instilling the importance of hard work and effort to accomplish goals, developing positive social and life skills, building strong team skills and discipline, creating future leaders who engage in community initiatives, and promoting community involvement. The club also aims to send kids to college or university for free through academic and athletic scholarships.
The girls pathway in the club includes the She Can Ball development program, G-League (City League), G-League (Varsity League), Rep program, AAU elite teams program, and spring/summer travel team program. The boys pathway includes the He Can Hoop development program, D-League (City League), D-League (Varsity League), Rep program, AAU elite teams program, and summer travel team program.
