With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, founder Niamh Dumigan has created a space that focuses on developing strategies to support clients in feeling stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally. Specialising in Hatha, Kundalini, Meditation, and Pranayama yoga, Niamh combines different techniques to create classes that cater to all skill and fitness levels.
