Paul holds numerous qualifications and areas of expertise, including being a Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in backcare, special populations, and GP referral. He is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach affiliated with UKSCA and BWL. Additionally, Paul is a Sports Therapist, Level 3 Trigger Point Therapy Practitioner, and a specialist in Corrective Exercise Solutions and MoveWell Biomechanics.
