Our training sessions focus on specific exercises that target the core muscles, as well as the muscles in the back and shoulders. These exercises help to correct imbalances in the body, improve spinal alignment, and increase flexibility. We also incorporate stretching and flexibility exercises to maintain range of motion in the spine.

Children and Teenage Fitness is a special area of focus for TrainingByCaroline. We believe that it is never too early to start enjoying an active lifestyle and building confidence through exercise. Our classes are designed to be fun and non-competitive, combining elements of light weight lifting, boxing, kick-boxing, co-ordination training, circuit training, flexibility, and stretching. Whether it's one-on-one training or small group sessions, our goal is to make fitness enjoyable for children and teenagers.
TrainingByCaroline also offers classes for individuals with hypermobility. Hypermobility refers to joints that move beyond the normal range of motion. We aim to strengthen muscles and train the body to prevent hyperextension of the joints in everyday movement. By using tools such as the Bosu Ball for balance improvement and ankle weights for increased strength, we help individuals with hypermobility regain stability and prevent injuries.
At TrainingByCaroline, we have over 15 years of experience in personal training and expertise in various areas including body sculpting/toning, resistance training, pre and post-natal fitness, back care and posture, and nutrition and weight management. We understand that each client is unique, and we design bespoke programmes to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Clients have the option to have classes at our private gym in Finchley, North London, N3 or at their home within a 10-mile radius. For those who are not in the vicinity, we also offer classes via SKYPE.
Our philosophy is that exercise should be enjoyed, and each client's programme is built to suit their individual needs and any joint or medical issues they may have. We provide a variety of equipment including a large free-range motion Multi Weights machine, free weights, punchbag/boxing equipment, a bike, Bosu Ball, medicine balls, stability balls, skipping ropes, weighted poles, and leg weights.
