Found my experience with Trained by Faye to be truly transformative. She is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Group Training instructor, a UK Athletics Leader in Running Fitness, and holds qualifications in adapting exercise for independently active older people, pre and postnatal exercise and nutrition, body FX nutrition coaching, British Athletics safeguarding in athletics, and mental health awareness for sport and physical activity.
