

James invites you to experience Trailside Yoga, a unique studio in Caledon, Ontario. Nestled in a yurt surrounded by trees and near the Cataract Trail, it offers a refreshing setting for your practice.
At Trailside Yoga, your journey centres on an Iyengar-inspired, Hatha yoga practice, focusing on alignment and the mind-body-breath connection. Whether you aim to stretch, build strength, breathe, or find balance, there's a class for you.
Classes vary from 30 to 60 minutes and suit all practice levels. You can join in-person at the yoga yurt or live stream via Zoom. Private and semi-private sessions are also available upon request.
Note that the schedule may change, so cheque it regularly and book your spot early. Choose from AM stretch and strengthen to PM quick sessions, guided by experienced teachers.
