Come and join Toni Osborne Yoga – SE23 Studio & Garden - Vinyasa, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga for an amazing mum and baby yoga experience! Our yoga classes are specially designed to provide a supportive and friendly environment for you and your little one.
In these classes, we focus on gently stretching and rebalancing your body, helping you to alleviate tension in your shoulders, neck, and back that often occurs from carrying and feeding your baby. We also incorporate mindful breathing techniques that are specifically designed to re-tone your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Not only will these techniques help you improve your posture, but they will also provide you with invaluable tools to combat fatigue and boost your energy levels.
Our aim is to promote postural awareness and inner pelvic health, allowing you to enjoy lifelong wellness and vitality after childbirth. We want you to leave our studio feeling good, relaxed, safe, supported, and replenished. We understand the importance of giving new mothers the time and space they need to rest and bond with their babies, so we encourage you to join our classes after the first 6–8 weeks if you feel ready to resume your yoga practice. It's essential to honour your body and return when you genuinely feel prepared.
Besides the incredible benefits to your physical and mental well-being, joining our mum and baby yoga classes also presents a fantastic opportunity to meet other local mothers and babies. It's a chance to create lasting friendships and share the beautiful journey of motherhood together.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer private yoga tuition and semi-private N.C.T group yoga classes. If you have a group of friends interested in practising yoga together, we are happy to organise special group sessions upon request. Our SE23 Studio provides a cosy and comfortable space for you to practice, complete with underfloor heating during the winter and a covered garden area for the springtime.
