TLB Fitness offers a range of classes suitable for all fitness levels. Each class can take up to 6 people, and there are golden tickets available for centre-based classes. You can grab 2 classes for £8.50, 3 classes for £12, or 4 classes for £15. If you book 4 classes, you'll get the 5th one for free. Pretty good deal, isn’t it?

Tony, often known as T, is an ex-semi pro footballer with over 15 years in the fitness game. He really knows his stuff about strength and conditioning, which he pours into his training techniques. T isn’t just a face in the crowd; he’s built a solid reputation and is one of Nottingham's top fitness pros and group exercise instructors.

With various qualifications under his belt, ranging from exercise to music, spin, fight club training, and first aid at work, Tony caters to everyone, whether you’re just starting out or already a fitness enthusiast. He even works with GP referred clients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.
