Welcome to TJ's Gym & Fitness Studio, located in Sandown, New Zealand. Established in 1991, TJ's is a professional, family-run business that is passionate about providing the very best in health and fitness. Our gym is currently undergoing renovations and will be reopening on the 13th of January.

At TJ's Gym, we offer a wide range of services to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our qualified and friendly personal trainers are dedicated to working closely with you, providing guidance and support every step of the way. Whether you're looking for one-on-one personal training, group exercise classes, or sports therapy and rehabilitation, we have everything you need under one roof.

If you're a fan of kickboxing, you'll be thrilled to know that TJ's is the home of the successful Isle of Wight Panther Kickboxing Club. Join our kickboxing classes and learn from our experienced instructors who are passionate about sharing their love for health and fitness.

Our fully-equipped gym features a variety of equipment, including fixed and free weights, lifting platforms, sled, tyre flip, curved treadmill, HitMill, Ski erg, and much more. As a member, you'll have access to an optional free induction and programme designed to help you reach your goals. We also offer pay-as-you-go and short-term memberships for visitors, with no joining fee.

To complement your training and ensure optimal performance, we have an in-house sports therapist who is registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. With over 31 years of experience, our sports therapist provides soft tissue manipulation, classical massage, sports massage, rehabilitation, and sports injury treatment. Our therapy services can help prevent injuries, improve recovery time, relieve pain, and enhance posture.

Throughout our 30 years of operation, the TJ's community has organised and participated in many challenging events, raising thousands of pounds for important causes. We take great pride in our supportive and inclusive environment, welcoming individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
