As a non-smoking venue, Tin Can Bay Yacht Club strictly prohibits smoking on any part of its leasehold. This includes all areas surrounding the clubhouse, car park, rigging area, boat ramps, and hardstand. Fines may be imposed for infringements, as mandated by state legislation effective from September 1, 2016.
