Through our Freestyle Tae Kwon-Do programme, we provide comprehensive training that includes competition-level sparring, a progressive fitness programme, and self-defence tuition of the highest quality.

Our head instructor, Nick, leads the team and is committed to being the best possible role model for our students. We also have Ellie as our financial director, Kat as our administrator, Jill as our activity coordinator, Hamish, Eleanor, Tom, Vicky, and Jordan as instructors who lead various clubs in the South West.
