Stuart, the main trainer, brings a lot to the table. He's got qualifications in Sports Massage, Nutrition, Personal Training, Gym-Based Boxing, Circuit Training, Spin, and Strength & Conditioning. With all this know-how, he's well-equipped to offer advice across a range of fitness activities and wellness practices.
