

Tiger Mama Yoga, located in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, is a welcoming and inclusive yoga studio founded by Laura. Laura is a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, as well as specialised training in Pre and Post-Natal Yoga and Birthlight Baby Massage and Yoga. She is currently undertaking her 500-hour RYT qualification.
Laura is a mother of two and a proud owner of a geriatric Parson's Jack Russell. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all and believes in the power of unity and balance that comes with the practise. Her aim is to guide individuals on their own unique journey to find balance and leave each class feeling relaxed and refreshed.
At Tiger Mama Yoga, classes are friendly, relaxed, and suitable for everyone. Whether you are looking for relaxation, mindfulness, strength, flexibility, cardio, birth preparation, post-natal recovery, or stress and anxiety relief, Laura offers classes tailored to your needs. There is no judgement or comparison in her classes, creating a safe space for all participants.
Group classes are held in Laura's private garden studio, accommodating up to 8 people. The schedule includes Slow Flow on Mondays at 20:00, Vinyasa on Wednesdays at 12:00 (online only), and Wake up & Flow on Sundays at 08:45 (beginners+).
Private classes are available for individuals or groups of up to 3 people. These classes are tailored to suit your personal needs and can range from 40-60 depending on the number of students and specific requirements.
In addition to regular yoga classes, Tiger Mama Yoga also offers specialised classes for pregnant women. The Pre and Post-Natal Yoga classes run as a 6-week course and focus on relaxation, strengthening, and connexion with the body and baby. These classes provide preparation for a safe and healthy birth, as well as support for post-natal recovery. Laura incorporates breathwork, poses, and meditation aligned with your goals.
For parents and caregivers, Tiger Mama Yoga offers Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes. These also run as 6-week courses and are suitable for babies starting from 4 weeks old for massage and 12 weeks old for yoga. The classes focus on bonding, relaxation, and building familiarity and confidence in baby massage and yoga practises that can be incorporated into daily routines.
