Tiffani Harris is a dedicated Yoga instructor based in Ottawa, with a passion for movement and healing. Born and raised in Ottawa, Tiffani discovered yoga in her 20s and felt an instant connection to the practice on both a mental and physical level. She graduated from her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2009, and since then has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Having worked as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006, Tiffani brings a unique perspective to her yoga teachings, emphasizing the importance of safe and effective movement for all students. As a self-proclaimed anatomy geek, she prioritizes safety in her classes and offers her students the tools they need to practice for a lifetime.

With experience teaching students of all levels and ages, Tiffani is dedicated to helping her clients live better in their bodies both on and off the mat. When she's not teaching, Tiffani enjoys spending time at home with her husband and fur babies, entertaining family and friends, cooking, and exploring new places through travel and adventure.

Tiffani's intention is to live each day with gratitude and presence, inspiring others to do the same through her yoga teachings.
