Tide Yoga is owned and operated by Peta, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher located in Teignbridge, Devon. With six years of personal yoga practise, Peta completed her teacher training in October 2022. She is dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone and believes in creating a warm and welcoming space for her students.

Tide Yoga offers a variety of classes at different locations, including the Courtenay Centre in Newton Abbot, various venues in Dawlish, and the Teign Heritage Centre in Teignmouth. Private sessions are also available for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.
