

Thomas Ott is a highly experienced personal trainer based in London. With over 20 years of strength and conditioning experience, Thomas has worked with a wide range of athletes and sports teams, including world-class athletes such as Usain Bolt and Naomi Campbell.
After studying sport science at the University of Technology in Munich, Germany, Thomas worked as a Rehab / Strength & Conditioning Coach at the renowned Mller-Wohlfahrt Orthopaedic Centre in Munich for 7 years. Dr. Mller-Wohlfahrt, the team doctor of Bayern Munich F. C.
and the German National Football Team, is globally recognised as one of the leading orthopedists. During his time at the centre, Thomas had the privilege of working with over 100 athletes competing in World Championships and Olympic Games.
Thomas is also an early adopter of whole-body EMS-training. He conducted clinical research on its effects and developed his own methods to enhance performance for professional athletes. In addition to his work in Munich, Thomas founded an EMS boutique fitness chain in London and joined miha bodytec, the global market leader in EMS technology, as Head of Operations UK in 2016.
Recognising the importance of sharing his knowledge and experience, Thomas gives speeches and conducts workshops around the world to educate others about EMS-training in professional sports. He also offers personal and online coaching for individuals and teams worldwide, helping them achieve their performance goals.
With a belief that consistency is what transfers average into excellence, Thomas is passionate about helping people take control of their own health and well-being. His goal is to create an environment where individuals feel motivated and secure to achieve results that last. Understanding the needs and aspirations of people, Thomas connects them with the solutions they need, impacting more lives on a daily basis.
