Term for a discounted price. Our classes are suitable for beginners through to more advanced practitioners, so whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years, you will find a class that suits your needs.
Our timetable offers a variety of classes throughout the week, including morning and evening options to accommodate different schedules. Some of our classes are designed to be gentle and restorative, allowing you to release tension and find inner peace. Others are more vigorous, challenging your strength and flexibility.
During our classes, you will experience a mindful practise that focuses on the connexion between the body, mind, and breath. Through the practise of asanas (yoga postures), you will stretch and strengthen your body, improving your balance and flexibility. Pranayama (breathing exercises) will help you deepen your breath and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity. Meditation and relaxation techniques will guide you in finding inner stillness and reducing stress.
The Yoga Way is located in the historic LW Burgess building, and our studio features a beautiful mural by local street artist, CRISP. The space has a cool and industrial vibe, providing a peaceful and inspiring environment for your practise.
Our teachers are experienced and passionate about yoga. Sue Watt, one of our instructors, is a dedicated practitioner with a PhD in psychology. She brings a gentle and compassionate approach to her classes, focusing on both physical and emotional well-being. Victoria Macnaughton, another instructor, has been studying yoga for many years and believes in its transformative power.
Through her classes, she aims to guide students towards healing, transformation, and self-awakening.
Whether you're looking to increase your strength and flexibility, find inner peace, or simply de-stress from the demands of daily life, The Yoga Way is here to support you on your journey. Join us and discover the benefits of a yoga practise that unites body, mind, and breath.
