The Yoga Studio of Calgary has been enriching lives with the art, science, and philosophy of yoga since 1996. Located at multiple locations across Calgary, our mission is to bring the community together with yoga classes inspired by the Iyengar tradition for students of all levels. With skilled teachers and a therapeutic approach, we provide guidance and support to help you explore your highest potential and practice progressive yoga in a safe and effective way.
Our classes use yoga props to bring alignment, steadiness, and depth to your practice.
