Radha Iveta, a qualified yoga teacher who completed her training in Mexico, specialises in meditative traditional hatha, yin, and silent meditation retreats. Jenny Allan, with over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist, focuses on teaching yin, restorative, and yoga nidra to foster deep relaxation and healing. Erleen Oldham, who has been practising yoga for over 12 years, offers a safe and sustainable practise that balances strength, flexibility, and mental well-being.
Mary Brooker, a health practitioner, teacher, and practitioner of Purna Yoga, emphasises the importance of maintaining fitness, flexibility, and inner peace as we age. Finally, Gemma Holloway, a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher, offers dynamic classes that combine movement, breath, and mindfulness.
