At The Yoga Shed, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of yoga classes to suit all levels and abilities. Currently, we offer Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, our classes are designed to meet your individual needs and ensure that you feel comfortable and supported throughout your practise.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer Special Needs Yoga in private sessions, providing a safe and tailored experience for those with specific requirements. We believe that yoga should be accessible to all, and we are committed to catering to the unique needs of each individual.
Our studio hosts a range of events and workshops, including An Introduction to Yoga, Yin-Restore, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. These special events offer an opportunity to explore different styles of yoga and delve deeper into your practise.
Excitingly, we have recently introduced an Infrared Sauna to The Yoga Shed. This new addition allows our clients to enhance their yoga practise and promote overall wellness through the many benefits of infrared heat therapy.
