Suitable for expectant mothers from 14 weeks of pregnancy to term, these classes provide a nurturing and supportive space for incorporating Yoga into the journey of motherhood. Suzanne combines her skills as a trained birth doula and hypnobirthing techniques to empower expectant mothers in their birthing process.
