From MEN Only yoga to gentle Hatha, vinyasa to restorative yoga, there is something for everyone at The Yoga Lodge. Special classes such as prenatal and postnatal yoga for mums and their babies, baby massage for new families, and trauma-sensitive classes as part of 1-on-1 yoga therapy sessions are also available.
In addition to studio classes, The Yoga Lodge offers outdoor classes on South Beach in Rush, providing participants with a unique and refreshing experience. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive for all.
